21 & Change provides Summer Dance Camp Scholarships to children with Autism and Down Syndrome with financial need. We believe that inclusion in the recreation and sport space is necessary for optimal socialization and development of children with development disabilities. Your children can qualify for a Dance Summer Camp Scholarship if you meet the below criterion (please read the entire list before submitting an application):
Qualifications
1) Recipients must have a diagnosis of Autism or Down Syndrome.
2) Recipients will be awarded the exact amount for a 1-Week Summer Dance Camp at ABASI Dance Lab located at 11959 Sheldon Rd of Tampa, FL. Recital costumes are not included. The awarded amount includes: $399 for 1 Week All-Day Summer Dance Camp for children ages 6-12 or $190 for 1 Week (3 Hours Per Day) for children ages 2-5.
3) The recipient must be between the ages of 2-12 at the time of attending the Dance Camp at ABASI Dance Lab (not just the time of application submission).
4) Upon 4 weeks of Dance Camp completion, a parent testimonial must be submitted to our email: info@21andchange.org.
5) Scholarship applications will only be approved if submitted at least three weeks (21 days) before Dance Camp begins at ABASI Dance Lab. See their full schedule here: https://abasidancelab.com/classes/schedule/.
6) Scholarships will be approved based on the following income criteria, annual and monthly income must not exceed the listed amounts per household size.
