21 & Change is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) public nonprofit organization in Florida. Your contributions fully support the programs, services, and operating expenses of the organization. All contributions are fully tax-deductible in accordance with Internal Revenue Code and donors/sponsors receive a tax-deduction receipt. Our Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is #83-1083761.

PROJECT 21 Monthly Giving Program
PROJECT 21 provides a sustainable flow of funds with which to support the children, adults, and families of the local Down syndrome community. To become part of this monthly giving program, please see the PROJECT 21 tab in the Support ‘dropdown’.
Become a Sponsor
21 & Change relies on the generosity of corporate and local business sponsors who believe in our mission and want to support the local Down syndrome community. We offer 4 levels of sponsorship:
HERO – Be a HERO to our children and their families by giving between $5,000 to $10,000 or more.
CHAMPION – CHAMPION our cause for “Ending the Down syndrome ‘syndrome’” by contributing $2,500 to $4,999.
ADVOCATE – Be an ADVOCATE for the Down syndrome community by giving $1,000 to $2,499.
SUPPORTER – Be our SUPPORTER and support the work we do by gifting $250 to $999.
$250 provides advocacy materials for two families who are expectant or have newborns diagnosed with Down syndrome.
$500 provides IEP Advocate scholarship for a family in need.
$1,000 provides as many as 2 to 3 IEP Advocate scholarships.
$2,500 provides funding for a half day of advocacy seminars for parents.
$5,000 to $10,000 funds a 1-2 day advocacy conference for parents.
In-Kind Services / Materials
21 & Change accepts in-kind services or materials that further the mission, programs, and services of the organization.
