21 & Change maintains an IEP Advocacy Scholarship program for families across our state.

Since its inception five years ago, 21 & Change has awarded IEP Scholarships to children and their families, parent(s), and/or guardian(s) in these 19 counties within the state of Florida’s Public School System:

We assist parents who require full-time, professional IEP Advocate services but cannot afford these services due to financial income or hardship.  Working with approved service providers, 21 & Change provides scholarships to offset or fully cover their needs.

Scholarships are provided to those deemed most in need and are awarded after the service provider completes an intake and determines an estimate of the service requirements.  IEP Advocacy Scholarships are awarded up to $500 per child.  Scholarships are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors based on services required, demonstration of need, and any other pertinent issues bearing on the problem.

Applicants must provide the necessary information for the service provider and our Board of Directors to approve the release of funds to the provider for the required services.  21 & Change works closely with specific and approved service providers to identify qualified families and pay for services directly to the provider.  The family will never receive a bill for these services!

If you or someone you know is in financial need and may benefit from an IEP Advocacy Scholarship, contact us at info@21andchange.org.
