    Jessica Andrews is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with varying disabilities. In addition to her professional experience in the field, Jessica possesses firsthand personal experience as an added bonus of growing up with a brother diagnosed with Down syndrome.

    She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of South Florida, where she also earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. Jessica specializes in developing and implementing language acquisition, social skills and behavior reduction programs and has experience in self-care, toilet training, feeding, caregiver training, and school consultations. Jessica is passionate about ensuring each and every family she works with receives the best care and loves collaborating with parents to create the best outcomes for success and lasting change.

    In addition to serving as the Clinical Director for a Tampa Bay ABA service provider, Jessica is the owner of a local small business, Take a Break Babysitting. Jessica founded Take a Break Babysitting with hopes of providing families with top of the line experienced sitters & nannies who are capable and well equipped to work with ALL children, especially those with special needs.

    Jessica is fully engulfed in passion for serving this community and continues to seek out opportunities to become more involved. Her goal is to assist in improving the overall quality of life of these children and their families. She looks forward to continuing to make a difference by joining the 21 & Change leadership team.
